Summary
- We only receive your personal data when you contact us — through a contact form, the Aria chat assistant (if you choose to leave your details) or a job application — plus website usage data collected by Google Analytics.
- We use it to reply to you, prepare quotes and consultations, handle recruitment and improve this website.
- Your chat with Aria stays in your browser and is deleted when you close the tab, unless you choose to send us your details.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contactus@sequencetechno.com.
1. Who we are
This website, www.sequencetechno.com, is run by Sequence Technologies (“Sequence Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. This means we decide how and why that data is used, and we are responsible for it under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the “PDPA”).

Privacy requests: contactus@sequencetechno.com
“Personal data” means any information that can identify you, directly or indirectly — for example your name, email address or IP address.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies only to this website (in English and Thai) and to the personal data we collect through it. It does not cover:
- HRxAI (hrxai.sequencetechno.com). HRxAI is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. If you use HRxAI, please read those documents.
- Other websites we link to, such as Facebook, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. See section 12.
3. The data we collect and why
We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us, and through analytics cookies when you browse the site. The table below gives an overview. More detail follows.
| Source | Personal data | Purpose | Legal basis | Who receives it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Contact forms (English and Thai homepages, job pages) | Name, email address, message, and the page the form was sent from | To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes or consultations | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries | Our team, through our company email inbox. Our web hosting provider's mail server delivers the email. |
| Aria chat assistant — only if you choose to leave your details | Name, email address, message, and the questions you asked Aria in that conversation | To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes or consultations | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries | Our team, through our company email inbox, delivered in the same way as the contact form |
| Job applications (sent to jobs@sequencetechno.com) | Your CV and any other information you choose to send, such as contact details, work history and qualifications | To assess your application and manage recruitment | Steps taken at your request before entering into an employment contract; your consent if you agree that we keep your application for future openings | Staff involved in recruitment, through our company email inbox |
| Website analytics (Google Analytics 4) | Usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, the website that referred you, and cookie identifiers | To understand how visitors use the website and to improve it | Our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website, and your consent where the law requires it | Google, as our analytics provider (possibly outside Thailand) |
| Fonts and code libraries | Your IP address and standard technical information sent with every web request (such as browser type) | To display the website correctly | Our legitimate interest in providing a working website | Google Fonts, cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr |
3.1 Contact forms
Our contact forms (on the English homepage, the Thai homepage and our job pages) ask for your name, email address and message. When you send the form, we also record which page it was sent from, so we know what you are asking about. The form is sent by email to our company inbox through our web host's mail server.
To block spam, the forms include a hidden field that people do not see but automated bots tend to fill in. We do not use a CAPTCHA.
Please only include the information we need to answer you, and do not send sensitive personal data (such as health information or religious beliefs) through the form.
3.2 The Aria chat assistant
Aria is a scripted, rule-based chat assistant. It is not an AI or large language model — it follows pre-written answers. Aria runs entirely in your browser:
- Your conversation is stored only in your browser's
sessionStoragefor that tab, and is deleted automatically when you close the tab. - Your conversation is not sent to us or to anyone else.
- Only if you choose to leave your details in the chat, your name, email address, message and the questions you asked Aria in that conversation are sent to us by email, in the same way as the contact form. We use them only to reply to you.
3.3 Job applications
If you apply for a job by emailing jobs@sequencetechno.com, we receive your CV and any other information you choose to include. We use this information only for recruitment: to assess your application, contact you, and arrange interviews.
Please do not include sensitive personal data in your CV — such as religion, ethnicity, health information, criminal records or a copy of your ID card — unless we specifically ask for it.
3.4 Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use our website — for example, which pages are popular and how visitors find us. This uses cookies. See section 4 for details and how to opt out.
3.5 Fonts and code libraries
Our pages load fonts and code libraries from Google Fonts, cdnjs (run by Cloudflare) and jsDelivr. As with any web request, these providers receive your IP address and basic browser information so they can deliver the files to your device.
3.6 Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. Aria only follows fixed scripts and does not make any decisions about you.
4. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. The only cookies set on this website are Google Analytics cookies:
| Name | Set by | Purpose | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Analytics | Tells visits by different browsers apart | Up to 2 years (Google's default) |
_ga_D7JW0B4V84 |
Google Analytics | Keeps track of your current visit (session) | Up to 2 years (Google's default) |
Google Analytics (measurement ID G-D7JW0B4V84) collects usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), your device and browser, and the website that referred you. Google processes this data on our behalf, possibly outside Thailand (for example, in the United States). You can read more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
The Aria chat assistant uses your browser's sessionStorage (not a cookie) to remember your conversation while the tab is open. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us unless you choose to leave your details.
How to opt out of analytics
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you block cookies from all or specific websites.
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which stops Google Analytics from collecting data on any website you visit.
Blocking analytics cookies does not stop you from using this website, the contact forms or Aria.
5. Legal bases for using your data
The PDPA allows us to use personal data only when we have a lawful basis. We rely on the following:
- Steps before a contract (PDPA Section 24(3)): when you ask us for a quote or consultation, or apply for a job, we need your details to take the steps you asked for before any contract is made.
- Legitimate interests (PDPA Section 24(5)): to respond to general enquiries, keep the website working and free of spam, and understand how the website is used. We only rely on this where our interests are not overridden by your rights, and you can object at any time (see section 10).
- Consent (PDPA Section 19): where the law requires your consent — for example, if you agree that we keep your job application for future openings. You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.
- Legal obligations (PDPA Section 24(6)): where we need to keep or disclose data to comply with the law.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it as follows:
- Our staff who need it to answer your enquiry or handle your application.
- Service providers who help us run this website and our email, and who may only use the data to provide their services:
- our web hosting provider, whose mail server delivers contact form and Aria messages to our inbox;
- our email service provider, which stores the messages we receive;
- Google, which provides Google Analytics;
- Google Fonts, cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr, which deliver fonts and code libraries and receive your IP address as part of normal web requests.
- Authorities, such as courts, regulators or law enforcement, if the law requires us to.
7. Transfers outside Thailand
Some of our service providers may store or process personal data outside Thailand. For example, Google may process analytics data in the United States, and the networks that deliver our fonts and code libraries operate servers in many countries.
When personal data is transferred outside Thailand, we take steps to make sure the transfer complies with the PDPA (Sections 28 and 29). This means relying on the destination country having adequate data protection standards, on appropriate safeguards such as the provider's contractual data protection commitments, or on another ground permitted by the PDPA.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. After that, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you. For example:
- Enquiries (contact forms and Aria details): for as long as we are discussing your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and for a reasonable period afterwards — for example, to answer follow-up questions or where the law requires us to keep records.
- Job applications: for the duration of the recruitment process. We keep them longer only if you consent to us considering you for future openings. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employment records.
- Analytics data: kept by Google according to the data retention settings of our Google Analytics account, and then deleted.
- Aria conversations: kept only in your browser and deleted when you close the tab.
9. How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:
- encrypting connections to this website with HTTPS;
- limiting access to personal data to staff who need it for the purposes described in this policy;
- using established service providers for web hosting, email and analytics.
No method of sending data over the internet or by email is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through our forms, Aria or email. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee and, where required, the people affected, as the PDPA requires.
10. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and get a copy of it, and ask how we obtained data that you did not consent to us collecting.
- Data portability: receive your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format, or ask us to send it to another organisation, where this is technically possible.
- Object to us using your data, for example where we rely on our legitimate interests.
- Erasure: ask us to delete or destroy your data, or anonymise it so it no longer identifies you.
- Restriction: ask us to temporarily stop using your data, for example while we check a request you have made.
- Rectification: ask us to correct your data so it is accurate, up to date and complete.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on your consent.
- Complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (see below).
How to use your rights
Email contactus@sequencetechno.com and tell us which right you want to use, with enough detail for us to find your data (for example, the email address you used to contact us). We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
Some rights have limits under the law — for example, we may need to keep certain data to comply with a legal obligation. If we cannot fully meet your request, we will explain why.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in line with the PDPA, you can complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Thailand — www.pdpc.or.th. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please contact us.
11. Children and minors
This website is intended for businesses and job seekers. It is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has sent us personal data, please contact us at contactus@sequencetechno.com and we will take appropriate steps, including deleting the data.
12. Other websites
Our website links to other websites and services, including Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and HRxAI. When you follow these links, the other party's own privacy policy applies, not this one. We are not responsible for how those websites handle your data, so please read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change how our website works or if the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make this clear on our website.
